What format should my artwork file be?

The files must include a High Resolution PDF, a Usable Native File, as well as all graphics and all text converted to outlines/paths or should be sent with font files. Please see our artwork guide for more information.

What is your typical lead time?

Our lead times heavily depend on our current workload – please contact us for the most current information.

Can I see your envelope construction?

Yes! Contact us with your desired product and we will send a PDF die line file to show the envelope construction. If you need a physical sample, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are you HIPAA Compliant?

Yes, we are a HIPAA compliant company.

Are you FSC certified? FSI certified?

We are proud to be both FSC and FSI certified. Paper is our livelihood and we believe taking care of our forest is the first step in achieving the highest quality products for our customers.

Can you print on kraft or recycled stock? Can I provide my own paper?

Yes! We are able to print on a variety of stocks including kraft and recycled paper. We try our best to accommodate all our customer requests, if you would like to print on your own stock, please contact us with your desired product and paper specs.

Can you format my artwork?

Yes! Our prepress department is able to reformat your artwork into a print ready file. Please contact us for more information on pricing and services.

Can your team engineer a custom envelope? Design new artwork?

What’s your return policy?

RETURNED GOODS POLICY – Stock items that have not been printed or otherwise converted may be returned for credit within one month of the shipping date. A 15% restocking charge with a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $100.00 will apply. All returned goods must be approved by Customer Service who will then issue a return authorization number. Goods returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
